The way to reference or embody further current variables within the HTML of a 6.0 block theme by way of Web site Editor?

Downside I am attempting to unravel:

I need to show the positioning’s description (tagline) inside a template block. I am approaching this through the use of the Web site Editor > Template Editor > Code Editor, WordPress 6.0.2 operating Twenty Twenty-Two theme. I do not know how one can discover a record of variables to reference, nor a syntax information, on WP variables that may be known as from the HTML template blocks. (or whether or not that is even attainable any extra.)

For instance, that is utilized in my header template block –<!-- wp:site-title /-->

I’d assume there’s something like <!-- wp:site-tagline /--> that I can add to the block in Code Editor. Nevertheless, after I attempt including this (and even simply repeating the wp:site-title tag) the editor rejects the modifications, main me to consider that I can not reference any further variables from this UI and would want to edit the PHP of the templates? However I can not discover any documentation to verify this both.

I can discover a number of documentation about writing blocks in PHP, creating themes, and so on. Loads of stuff on PHP template tags (which I am aware of, however rusty). I’m unable to find any documentation in regards to the grammar used contained in the HTML of template blocks.

Closest I’ve gotten:
