- Answerable for full Gerber, BOM, format, fabrication & meeting drawings.
- Assist resolve technical queries from PCB fabricators and contract producers.
- Schematic Entry, Footprint Creation, Correct element placement.
- Observe-width choice, routing
- Creating NC/Gerber knowledge
- Making certain DRC,design for manufacturability(DFM),design for meeting(DFA)
- Figuring out IPC/Mil requirements
- Figuring out of electromagnetics, electromagnetic compatibility(EMI)/Electromagnetic interference (EMC) fundamentals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimal 4+ years of expertise as a RnD engineer (from scratch design to schematic to gerber) ideally in LED business.
- Good information of any EDA / ECAD instrument (Eagle / Orcad / Altium Designer/ KI-CAD)
- Good information of PCB sorts, design, and fabrication processes at prototype stage and mass manufacturing stage.
- Good information of Auto Routers and Handbook Routing methods and finest practices and likewise following the IPC format design requirements.
- Good soldering talent
- Good information about microcontrollers and microprocessors
- Good information about PCB Design and fabrication
- Good information about varied parts and their packages
