CloudFormation Parameter Error
This error happens when it’s essential go in a parameter to a CloudFormation template and one just isn’t provided or it’s provided incorrectly.
In my case I created a script to deploy my CloudFormation template and handed in a parameter like this:
suffix="POC"
./deploy.sh $suffix
The issue was that I had named my parameter in my CloudFormation template:
one thing completely different from the title I used to be passing into from my deployment script:
As soon as I corrected the parameter title, my script labored.
