question – How do I troubleshoot Most execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in updating a Media File?

I am on a shared internet hosting plan. Getting this error log entry when the consumer tries to replace any discipline on a Media Attachment.

[13-Oct-2022 20:10:05 UTC] PHP Deadly error: Most execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home4/instance/public_html/examples/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2169

I’ve already
a) Deactivated all plugs
b) Switched to straightforward WP themes.

No distinction.

What’s the greatest technique in figuring out why this replace is timing out?

Is that this a SQL problem? If that’s the case, is there a solution to output that SQL question?
