unreal – Every time I transfer the digicam on the left aspect of the display, the cursor seems in-game

This is the issue.

The mouse retains escaping the full-screen at any time when I both bounce, transfer, rotate the digicam or preserve spinning to the left. However solely on the left aspect of the display, not the proper, not the center, not beneath, solely on the left aspect. This has occurred in different unreal engine 5 video games as properly, however not in each single one in all them.

What I’ve tried to this point is:

  1. Disabled Set bSHowMouseCursor nodes. [No effect.]

  2. Set an Occasion BeginPlay > Set Enter Mode Recreation solely > Get Participant Controller > Set SHow Mouse Cursor (Unchecked) [No effect.]

  3. Created a brand new template (A clean one), then packaged it for testing. [Mixed effects. It slightly reduced the rate the mouse showed on the left side of the screen.]

  4. Set an Occasion BeginPlay > Set Enter Mode Recreation and UI > Get Participant Controller > Set SHow Mouse Cursor (Unchecked) [Mixed results – I had to hold right click in order to move the camera, in which case, the mouse stopped showing, but as soon as I released it, the left mouse not only did appear as well, but the camera could not be moved and the cursor appeared permanently on the left side of the screen.]

  5. Modified each the software program and {hardware} cursors. However the cursor is unchanged. So it is not the sport’s cursor that seems in-game. It is the precise home windows cursor.

  6. I examined each choice within the Default Viewport Mouse Lock Mode.

  7. Deleted each Saved and the Intermediate folders.

Somebody advised me it has one thing to do with how the mouse is locked (or not) on viewport. And that, that may be the rationale behind the cursor leaving escaping full-screen.

I haven’t got two displays. The sport is in full-screen. The problem persists in windowed mode as properly. No widgets.

Examined it in packaging and in a Standalone sport. (Subject endured.)

The problem occurs provided that I click on the left mouse button. If I play the sport with out clicking it, the cursor doesn’t seem in-game.

It seems like going to the sport’s exe’s compatibility and altering the excessive DPI settings’ scaling habits to software fixes the issue however reduces the fps. This can be a momentary repair however I want a everlasting one.
